Terms of use

These terms cover the KukCode workspace at kukcode.vercel.app and the KukCode companion app. If you run your own instance, you are the operator of that instance.

The product

KukCode routes questions to configured model providers, attaches repository context you connect, and can hand a task to a KukGit instance you point at. The web editor commits only when you save, onto a new branch. The companion app lists missions; it does not edit your repo. Nothing here is a substitute for your own review of diffs, commands, or merges.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password you register, and for what is done while signed in. Operators may suspend an account that abuses the service (scraping, sharing keys, attacking the instance). Admin deletion removes the account row the instance stored.

Keys and tokens

Provider keys, GitHub tokens, and KukGit tokens you supply remain yours. You grant KukCode permission to use them only to serve the request you started (chat, repo index, file read, save, mission list, cancel). Do not paste keys you are not allowed to use. Kuklabs does not claim ownership of your repositories.

Usage and plans

Rate limits, free anonymous answers, and optional monthly token ceilings are described on Pricing. Bring your own provider key and those server-key ceilings do not apply. These pages do not sell a mobile subscription. The companion app has no in-app purchase.

Content and models

You are responsible for the prompts you send and the code you accept. Model output can be wrong. Providers you (or the operator) configured receive the turn so they can answer; their terms apply to that call. Kuklabs does not sell your prompts.

Acceptable use

Do not use KukCode to break the law, to probe systems you do not operate, or to submit malware to stores or to other people’s repositories. Do not attempt to bypass the free-answer or rate limits except on an instance you operate.

Availability

The hosted service is provided as-is. Simulated mode (no provider key) is not a production model. Status is at /status.
